So I like to pretend that my grocery shopping habits can completely throw off a store's inventory. Mostly because I tend to get into phases of consuming, and usually I consume things that most people don't buy. So, for example, when I was in a Corn Nuts phase, it was only a week or two before my local convenience store ran out of Corn Nuts and it took them awhile to stock them back up. And when they stocked up the Corn Nuts, they had a special display and Corn Nuts sale. Unfortunately, by the time they had re-stocked their Corn Nuts and made the special sale, my Corn Nuts phase was over.
It sounds ridiculous, but that wasn't the first time that sort of thing happened (although it happened with other products: Skittles, Fierce Grape Gatorade, basically anything I buy a lot of within a short period of time.)
I went to Trader Joe's yesterday to stock up on my everyday breakfast/lunch supplies, because I am in the middle of a very long Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast/Brie and sushi for lunch phase. And wouldn't you know it, they were out of Frosted Mini Wheats. Now, I am not going to take responsibility for this, because I only buy two boxes of cereal a week from Trader Joe's, but that also meant that I had to find a new cereal for the week.
I chose these what pockets filled with Chocolate. It tastes like candy. I don't know if I like that or not.

Yo. I have an extra webcam that I got for xmas about two years ago. New in package. You want give it a try? xoxo!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe I haven't commented on this post. I read it like a week ago...okay I exaggerate but still. I love your sabotaging small business tactics. It's kind of an evil genius thing.
